Tungsten copper W75 block is composed of 75% W and 25% Cu, which not only has high density (14.50g/cm3), high hardness (≥HB195), high strength, but also has good conductivity (38%IACS), softening temperature is ≥900℃, thermal conductivity coefficient is between 200-230 (wm/k) and the coefficient of expansion is 9.0-9.5 (10-6k).
Due to the incompatibility of W and Cu, tungsten copper not only has low expansion, wear resistance and corrosiveness resistance of tungsten, but also has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, which is suitable for every kinds of machining.
The excellent mechanical properties of tungsten copper provides a reasonable solution to the deformation problem of some smaller precision machining.
| The standard length and width of tungsten copper block we are able to provide is less than 300mm, and the thickness is more than 0.1mm (±0.05mm), customized sizes and tolerances are also accepted.
